I ordered a pair of shoes from their website for my younger brother who just started to skate. He picked some out and was so excited about them. When they arrived the pair of shoes had LARGE stains on both shoes, I don’t know how they could ship out a pair of stained shoes like that. I won’t be ordering from here again. Disappointing

Literally shipping was so quick and easy. Box and shoes were in beautiful condition. Definitely my fav sneaker right now and they are so comfy. Grab you a pair or three!!

Great shoes for Onewheeling!!! These shoes by far have the nicest footbed in the shoe industry. I really like the patterns on the material they use. Very stylish shoes. Gotta luv that they luv the pups too!!

Nice and fast shipping but the shoes had black marks all around the shoe and wasn’t true to color according to the display

I bought many pairs from the company, once I had a shoe torn through due to a skating incident and since I was loyal I asked for a replacement of the one single shoe that was flimsy enough to get torn through. After emailing and going through their chat support for days. They said they couldn't do it, and to just take advantage of the "sales" that are going on. The sales at the time which didn't cover the shoe that I bought. I tried to elaborate that I just needed one shoe and that I bought from the company many times. This was also within 2 months of purchasing the shoes. However, they just recommended I repurchase my shoe and that was the end of it So now, I am left with a busted shoe that I paid $60 for. I don't know if the quality went down or not, but there should be either an emphasis on better quality or a larger return window in case this happens! edit: Thankfully, the people at Straye helped rectify the situation! They were much more understanding about it, and we came to a good resolution which involved me getting a fixed pair back :) my faith is restored Also, the V3 Straye's are a HUGEE improvement, the quality is so high notch. For a $75 shoe (which has lots of sales to get discounts) this is definitely a really good investment for a good silhouette and a good looking shoe
