I would like to thank Brandon for helping me out of my shoes that has a factory defect Such a great guy and approachable I thought I was gonna have a bad experience for this one but Brandon save the day and his company great guy and great communication service I really appreciate that he help me . I have not issue with the prices or service. However, the shoes I bought are built differently than any other shoe I've ever worn. My small toe and the outside side of my foot rub against the outside or the shoe and it is both uncomfortable and painful with enough wear. I had to buy different insoles to ease this problem, but it is only a minor improvement. I then thought maybe this is a just a problem with this pair or style of shoe, so I ordered another pair which had the same problem. I've inserted different insoles in both but they are still uncomfortable and they'll probably sit in my closet until I give them to Goodwill. Disappointing.

I'm new to this brand but I really like it and the quality of their products is TOP NOTCH. I wish they didn't skip some size in the footwear and the clothing. Shirts don't come in small and shoes seem to not come in size 8 womens/men 6.5 but they do have mens 6 and mens 7. just weird to skip one of the most popular womens sizes
