My DC skater cousin turned me onto you guys years ago. I fell in love with the styles and comfort right away. I bought my daughter 8 pair and she loves them for the same reason. I also love them because they’re durable and easy to clean.

I contacted them about a pair of shoes I ordered. One of the shoes was damaged. They said they'd send me a new pair. I received an email saying a pair would be reshipped and on February 6, the re-shipped pair was canceled. Without ANY email or contact. I just happened to check on it tonight, February 7. I don't think it's fair to cancel an order when it wasn't my fault the shoe was damanged. And then to be promised to receive another one, and then it was canceled is inexcusable. I've bought a few pair from Straye and I love their shoes. But this is baffling without any word about the cancellation. And I'm still paying for damaged shoes. Really disappointed.

I f*cked up my order by confusing the size chart - they reached out and sorted my issued promptly. They even let me keep the original shoes without having to ship back to their warehouse. Been skating these shoes for a while now, definitely my go-to now as their are priced/ designed/ skate better than Vans. Truly appreciate the customer service dept. - thanks!

The website is great and easy to access. However the size chart is slightly off, I used it to order two pairs of mule , however they both are too small for myself and boyfriend. I have to pay for the return and order the new size.

When I purchased the shoes for my son they did not fit. It was $10 for shipping to get the shoes and 20 to ship them back. It cost me $30 for nothing. Extremely frustrating

Bought it for my friend for Christmas and he absolutely loved them. Tag with nutritional value was dope. Might get some for myself

I like a lot.

A Great the socks feel real comfortable
