I am so pleased! From my initial phone call inquiring about the program, through today (a mere two days later) I have been super-satisfied with every aspect of my process in signing on to quickly reduce and finally eliminate my serious credit card debt. I feel lucky to have found Janice Rivas and her entire team at Strategic Consulting; I only hope I can live up to their standards throughout the life of my program (as little as 45 months to eliminate 15,500 worth of ghastly expensive debt, at a rate I can afford and live with.

While the on boarding experience was nice and communication has been decent. The last 2 months I have been trying to get ahold of my consultant and have not heard back, calling, emailing. Everything started easy but the verdict is still out on everything else..

The time talking on the phone to Dan, he was very helpfull exsplaning everything and talking me thru it.
