Great program with great down to earth people.
I received a mailing from Level One and their serrvices. I opened it because I was becoming concerned about the rise in interest rates on my credit cards. I was funding education courses with the cards and was initially able to cover the monthly payments at the starting interest rates, but as the rates began to rise and news reports were warning of even higher rates, I could see how I could find myself under water. I called the number and a charming and very bright young lady, Britt, at Level one explained their process of debt restructuring and consolidation in a very simple and clear manner. Their program reduced my payments by about $200/month, reduced the interest by about 15%, to a very advantageous %, reduced the term of the pay back by many years which I could shorten further with extra priciple payments. They also will try to reduce the principle debt itself. The CCard compaies will get their money and I have guaranteed monthly payment amounts that I can afford. That same evening I had a scheduled meeting with Brian, a notary who came to my house and I signed the papers. Now I also have considerably greater peace of mind.
