Strategic ConsultingReviews of strategicconsulting.com

Randy Brako was an amazing and outstanding representative. His knowledge was above and beyond average. His attention to detail and advice is almost unheard of in this day and time. I hope our call was recorded and he is recognized as so many great workers like him are overlooked!

The representatives made sure all my questions were answered, were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They took the time to listen and to make sure I understood all the components of the program. It is such a relief to see the end of my credit card debt in site. I highly recommend this program.

I signed on with Strategic Consulting (one located 111 Lawrence Bell Drive in Amherst, NY). This company and its representative were extremely helpful and did all the paperwork including the notary in a speedy manner. As soon as the automatic withdrawals to this company began, their customer service stopped. I was getting contacted for several months after signing from all the creditors, including about 15 phone calls a day and numerous letters a week. I e-mailed my contact person who basically said that was my problem. I can go on and on with my complaints but there is not enough typing space. I also would have given a negative 5 stars but this option was not available. Run don't walk away from this company.

My advisor was amazing! He made me feel comfortable and at ease right from the start. He was very conscious of my embarrassment and never made me feel like I was a bad person for having to take this route. The process has been very smooth and easy so far!

So far, it's a very great team they have there! My consultant J. Dunn has be an amazing person to work with. He's extremely thorough, well spoken, and above all else, pleasant! He's answered my questions prior to me asking, and provided information I didn't even think about asking for. He's ensured I haven't had to go out of my way for anything and haven't had to jump through hoops for simple tasks. I've had a fantastic experience thus far and hope the remaining outstanding items go just as smooth.

Lily was exceptional! Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and very thorough!!! A great example of customer service!!!

Emily is very personable and attentive to our needs and clearly shows great knowledge and ability in her job.

I was getting stressed out as days went by, getting calls by debt. Collectors and it was time for me to do something. As soon as I called I got a great feeling/vibe and Angel was super wonderfull and explained it well. She made me feel better about my choice and I felt that it was not only about business, it was about her really finding a solution for me. She really wanted to help me. Very professional.
