I signed up for straighterline believing that it was a 1 month membership to complete my class, and that if I didnt complete the course in one month that I would have to go back and purchase another month for $100. But in reality even though I finished my course before the month was up, it kept renewing my membership, and didnt send me any emails so now Im down $200 and I didnt use the website that entire time. I then reached out to get a refund and they denied me a refund

The classes were wonderful and straight forward. The biggest issue is the communication with the academic team. Non responsive to emails regarding transcripts and their communication system needs to improve.

Great value for money! Used it to take prerequisites for a masters program and it saved me a ton of money and time since it is self paced. The proctored exam process was a pain but that’s because of the 3rd party company that they use.
