I went to the Opry mills on a vacation and was approached by a young lady named Jade, she persuaded me to try their new tool. It was a blow drier brush that you can curl with it. The results were AMAZING and I was sure I could never do it myself but then she showed me how! It was so easy!! A lot easier than a wand. I got home and I’m using it every week and it lasts for days, even in Sidney’s humidity. I’m so happy with my purchase and so shocked to see these hateful comments. Thank you Jade and thank you Opry mills! 170 instead of 400 is a bargain. Will be back!🙂

I was approached by Jessica in Opry Mills shopping outlet in Nashville - I was on holiday from the UK and I must say I am astounded at the amount of negative reviews on this page - angry actually! Jessica was amazing. She showed me how to use the straighteners to curl and straighten and showed me how it dries damp hair. I bought the pink pair and what Jessica used IS INSIDE the box unlike what other reviews say!! Because of those reviews I even asked them to open the box and then use them on my hair!! They understood why I would ask this and despite feeling rather stupid to even ask I can now write this and confirm! As I am from London, I needed to ensure no problems bringing them back over. Anyway, the review - 5 stars. Better than GHD by far, better than Cloud 9 by far, I am very in to hair and yes, fabulous purchase, glides through the hair, doesn’t get stuck or burn, feels like you’ve just had it done at a salon after use. 100% feel I should have got the hair dryer too!

I bought my 1st one in 2020. I had an issue with it breaking, and I took it back to the sales associates, who gave me a brand-new one. No, it's not what they had in the store, but I'm using it now to curl my wet hair, and it still works fantastic in 2024. I'm pretty happy :)

I bought the flat iron a year ago and it still works great!! I do my child’s hair too because she LOVES how this machine curls. I actually came today to the kiosk to buy their serum, and one of the ladies recognized me and even gave me a discount!

I feel so bad for everyone that had a bad experience! I was the total opposite..do nice. My hair came out amazing and I love the product! It was originally $299...,was going to give me 2! Yes 2 but I only had $130 so she accepted that but for 1 which honestly I was fine with. It amazing what my hair looks like after this flat iron! I really feel for the ones who feel they got scammed but I did NOT!

Best straighter everrrrrr

I went into the mall and had sat down in chair. I never thought I would have purchased this... but I am glad I did. I have never had an issue since the day went home with it. My hair is soft and not frizzy when I use it. what use to take me 30 plus minutes now is maybe 15 to do.

I am so shocked to see so many negative reviews. I used to work at one of these kiosk and they literally sell genuine products! I still use that flat iron today. Everyone’s hair I tried it on was such a great result and they all loved it too. Plus if they break there’s a lifetime warranty. These flat irons use infrared so they can style 2 times and fast with 1/2 the heat. Stays a long time.
