Definitely not the same product they used at the mall, they were very pushy and I also got the brush and it is terrible and I spent 300 on false pretense

Not what they demonstrated at the mall and pulls my hair. Spend $100 and charged an extra $10 for the warranty which it clearly comes with it and you don’t have to pay for. Wish I could get my money back. They were to pushy.

Yes I have the same experience that all these reviews are describing, I spent 100 dollars on this cheap piece of garbage and they used a different one at the mall then the one I was sent home with this one totally wont even curl my hair im beyond pissed!

Edit: I have emailed the company several times but I’m not getting a response. I was tricked!! At the Dayton Mall and this lovely woman talked me into allowing her to demo the Straight Ahead flat iron and curling wand on my hair. Of course it was amazing but after spending almost $300 for the two items and the hair serum, I got home to find that what I got was nothing like what was used in the mall. The flat iron ceramic pieces are loose and not covered with ceramic, the curling wand is so cheap and has marks on it. The sign at the kiosk said returns and exchanges within 14 days but lo and behold, the receipt says all sales final. My husband tried to return it all the very next day and of course they wouldn’t even budge. How can a retailer not tell you about that policy AND have a sign saying something totally different ?? I emailed the company but have heard nothing. So very frustrating to be scammed!! This is why people don’t trust retailers!

Someone from straight ahead beauty will call you but they only offer to replace the product, no refund. Then they hang up without telling you how/when they’ll replace your product or even getting your mailing address. How you going to help me without that?! Stay away from these people!!!

I wish I read the reviews before purchasing this product. Unfortunately the lady at the mall is pretty high pressure. Nothing like what showed me. Used it for the first time and it won't even curl. Disappointed. Looked at the receipt to find out no refunds. Waste of money.

Very disappointed into the purchase I made from the mall! Nothing like what was demonstrated and it’s pure junk for the price! It pulls your hair and nothing like what was demonstrated at the kiosk. I was not ever informed of a no refund policy until I looked at my receipt. There should be a class action against this company for manufacturing junk and scamming people.
