The story sounds personalized, the illustrations are great& my granddaughter’s character is perfect! It arrived just in time for my trip to her house. She will absolutely love this book made especially for her☺️ I will definitely recommend this company. (It took a bit longer to receive than I expected, but all good.)

The illustrations are good. The story could have been better. I felt like they substituted a lot of flowery words for story content. They used words like amazing, fantastic,magical, glowing, tingly,etc. Those words would have been fine if the story had just gone a bit further. The story was about a magical pair of shoes. When they were put on the shoes began to glow and the little girl lifted off the ground and flew out the attic window. Then there was a whole page and a half about how mystical it was. Then she flew back to the attic and took the shoes off and hid them for another day. She could have interacted with some birds. She could have flown by her friend's house or her school. Any number of scenarios would have made it better. I was kind of disappointed. It's a Xmas gift so I haven't given it to my greatgrandaugh ter yet.

It takes quite awhile to get so I was wooded when I called and it said phone disconnected. But it is cute. Wish I could have chosen the shade of the mom and the cousin. He is Philippino and you have him white with blonde hair Her mom is white with blonde hair. But it was cute. Ordered June 11 didn't get until July 1st. It says 5 to 7 days to make and 3 days shipping so missed her birthday. June 23.
