Well my mom ordered the book for her great grandchild and it did arrive and it looks great!!!! She loved the book

I finished the edits of my book on Friday 10/9/2026 and payment was taken from my bank account. It was Monday before i got a confirmation email. Thats when they explained that the 5-7 days print time also had a ship time added of 2-5 days and that is business days not just days. I had expected the business days anyway. Now it has been 13 days total, 9 business days and i still have no confirmation of shipping or a tracking number. I have yet to find an email that actually works and continue to get an error that says “sender’s address is invalid.” I’m the sender and assure you there’s no problem with that email address. They have no problem sending me confirmations of my order to my email but the only way i have been able to contact them is via their chat window. I have documented all my correspondence with screenshots of emails and chats and still have recieved nothing other than my order confirmation in return. My plans are to contact my bank and the FTC if i cant get this resolved by Wednesday 10/28/2026, the 7 business days to print and 5 business days to ship. I prefer to have a good copy of the book as the preview showed. The preview was excellent and came with good communication via chat. I would love to change my review upon receipt of a good clean copy of the book as shown by the preview, but I am skeptical at this point. I hope I am proven wrong and would not mind eating crow over this.

I absolutely love the book I purchased for my granddaughter! The story is perfect, and everyone loves it ❤️ if I could give them any advice, it would be to let the buyer know when the book ships.

A beautiful story and illustrations. The child in the illustrations looks exactly like the photo is submitted. The only regret I have is that I didn't get the hard cover book.

This is such a wonderful gift to gift a grandchild. I really didn't expect the quality to be as good as it is. The story is wonderful and matches exactly to my granddaughter. The pictures are so vibrant with color. I made a few changes to the story and added a few things. They did exactly as I requested. My only regret is not spending a few more dollars for the hard copy for a keepsake for years. I hope the paperback will hold up over the years. It is a thicker "paperback" than like a regular book. It more of a gloss coat. So I'm excited to give this to my granddaughter for her Birthday as she is just starting to learn to read. AWESOME gift, you won't regret it. Oh and get the hardback.

I have received my first book and it is very well written and the colors are beautiful.Thank you for making a little girl smile.
