I was running late to work when I went in to sign the lease for my storage unit. I was very clearly stressed out when they told me that the signing process would take about 30 minutes. I told them that this was the only time that I had to sign the lease and wouldn't be able to make it back during office hours before I needed to move in. THEY WERE INCREDIBLE!! They were literally running to get all the paperwork typed and signed. With their compassion and customer service, I was able to sign the lease that day AND made it to work on time. It was the greatest moment of customer service I had ever experienced. I was floored at how willing they were to do everything they could to work with me.

Looked around for a place to keep my daughters stuff over summer break. From first step in the door I was greeted and given a tour of the facility. I was treated like a human and that goes a long way. If you need a safe and secure place for your belongings this should be top of your list to explore. I am happy with my decision and for my daughter it will be a place I will return to for her university years! Thanks

The staff was very, very helpful and when viewing available spaces, the experience was easy and painless. So, far, everything is great at this location on Old Hickory.
