StorPlace Self StorageReviews of storplaceselfstorage.com

Awesome and available staff, clean facility including bathroom.

Mike Young, the onsite manger for the Franklin location, was helpful, kind, clear in his explanations, and easy to work with. We had no problems getting a unit and getting things moved in. I needed this unit in a hurry and for only 5-6 weeks. He was able to provide exactly what I needed and the cost was reasonable.

Great Service. FRIENDLY Staff. Accessible Temperature-Controlled Storage.

People are honest, friendly patient. Site is clean easily accessible. Big fan so far.

We needed a unit fast and these guys provided one with full instructions and a smile!

Everyone was so nice and really made my move-in a smooth process.

The staff was very professional and courteous. Very grateful that the storage was just the size I need.

I have rented two units & each time the customer service was exceptional. They took their time with me explaining everything & showing me the units. I won't rent from anyone else.
