Once I finally went into the facility the customer care was awesome. My challenge came in getting someone to respond to my request (and payment) I submitted online...I had to reach out after week to get the process going. Facility is clean and looks secure.

For the most part, all the experience I had with StorPlace at Greenwood was topnotch. The facility was very clean and easy to get into. The security around it is great. The people in the office were very nice and friendly. The only problem I had was when I asked for the price of the storage unit I needed they quoted it to me. When I went to sign up for it, it was $8.00 more. I had to take out insurance that was not told to me when I asked for a price quote. When asking for the price they should quote you the entire price and say that includes the insurance.

Store place was convenient, easy to use and reasonably priced for a storage place. Staff friendly, communicative and efficient. Highly recommended.

Seems to be good

The units were clean. Service was excellent. The manager helped optimize the space and determine the best bang for our buck.

We shopped several storage facilities before settling on StorPlace. The price, the security, the cleanliness of the grounds and unit were all important factors to our choice. The climate controlled facility could be even better controlled (seems a little damp and not as cool as we would prefer), but it is adequate for our (hopefully) short-term needs. Staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this facility to others.

Nothing negative to say. I just wish there was lights inside the units.
