The staff is very friendly and helpful. The warehouse and the property is very secure and clean.

All interactions with staff have been very positive. The local manager is exceptional and a excellent representative of the company. I also like the paved surfaces and well maintained common areas. My only suggestion is to add outside parking spaces at the annex on Cave Mill Road. More parking spaces are needed.

I just moved in and haven't a lot of history with the staff or customer service, but so far my experience has been perfect. The facility is new, clean, organized and appears to be well managed. I might recommend that if StorPlace is going to encourage customers to take out insurance on their property, that your plans be reviewed and enhanced. The current structure of offering plans of $3 to $5k of coverage for $10 to $20 monthly doesn't really provide for much coverage. I might have accepted a policy for $50k in coverage at a reasonable rate... but $5k doesn't go very far these days. So far you guys appear to be doing great and I'd definitely recommend StorPlace! Thank you!!!

The staff is very professional. Nicole was very welcoming and accommodating as I was moving from one StorPlace to another to better fit my needs. I then encountered Tammy on my next visit and it was great to see there is consistency with their customer service.
