Good service

Order placed 6/16/2020, normally arrives within 2 to 3 days. It is now 7/16/2020 and we still haven't received.

Response time is horrible... way too much back and forth over the email for custom orders. I called to confirm order to cut down on time over a week ago and still no bags???🤷🏽‍♀️

This is a very unprofessional and unethical business. I returned my order and paid to have it sent back.When they refunded me my refund I did not get a full refund, they withheld the shipping cost which makes no sense because I paid to return it.

The box was broken but hangers were fine

I had ordered a sunglasses rack - it arrived quite damaged - Store Supply quickly replaced at no cost. The service, as always, was impeccable. The new rack was perfect. However, it is cheaply made and difficult to display multiple sunglasses on without each pair running in to the ones on each side. I gladly would have paid more for a better display - just wish either the photo or description gave a more accurate idea of what I was buying. It was the footprint size I was looking for - just need something better quality. Store Supply Warehouse has always been top notch to work with - everything they did was awesome - it is just the item itself I was disappointed with. Diane Smith

I made a very large purchase. I called about the freight and was convinced that I needed a lift gate since I didn’t have a dock and that some of the items had to be unloaded by hand. I paid extra for the lift gate and we couldn’t even use it. Everything was unloaded by hand. The display cabinets I purchased required modifications to work properly. The doors stick and cannot be opened and closed easily. The finger holes on the doors are nearly flat which only allows you to get barely more that a fingernail in to grab them. The slatwall I ordered is poorly constructed and made of inferior materials. It chips easily and screws are prone to pulling through the board while securing it to the wall. The hooks and shelf brackets were the only things I am completely satisfied with. All-in-all there wasn’t much value for the dollar.
