These mesh grid panels are sturdy and robust. My only issue is that they were shipped in a very thin-walled box that did not protect the paint. We'll have to repaint them, but this is definitely the best price for mesh grid panels.

Everything arrived quickly and was easy to assemble, even without written instructions

There was so much strange about this order. I ordered everything at once. I received a box of hangers that was around $50. Then I received the rest of my order. Part of my order was damaged in transit. I emailed and got an immediate response that it would be replaced. However, it hasn’t been replaced yet. On my credit card statement there were two separate transactions, one for $167.73 and one for $32.48. Then the company sent me an email saying I owed another $30.28. So I sent my order and my receipt and a copy of my credit card transaction and showed them I had paid for what I got and didn’t owe anything. Then they send me a copy of their records that show they reversed a charge and sent me back $32.49 for some unknown reason. And when I asked about why there were two transactions they told me it was because what was shipped first was charged first. But what was shipped was $54, not $32.48. So that didn’t make sense. And the reversal didn’t make sense. And not getting my replacement part yet doesn’t make sense. I wasn’t happy that I was told I owed money when they obviously messed up somewhere.

I always have a good experience at Store Supply Warehouse. I was disappointed that one item was out of stock but greatly appreciated knowing that my order would be fulfilled as soon as it was back in stock. All of the other items were delivered in a very timely manner.

Consistency in a business is so very important. I've been a client for 5+ years and they always deliver as promised.
