Both boxes were severely damaged Between both boxes I was able to put one hat rack together I will never order anything from you again

Found exactly what I needed and it was in stock. Shipped and received quickly.

Placed order and items did not ship. I had to call and get the order released no one ever called or sent an email to notify us of an issue. Amazon could of had the product next day. I have been a customer for years and try to stay loyal to companies i purchase from however this seems to be a one way feeling.

The products were exactly as represented and met my needs. They were reasonably priced.

I ordered a pack of asst size rings which should have been 36 pcs: 6 each of S-XL and blank, I only received 1 blank (35 pieces short). I emailed customer service and they said they remailed out the correct amount, so was thinking everything was fine. Alas, when I opened the second shipment, it was the same thing - just 1 blank hanger and all for $10! Can't even deal with this any longer, going somewhere else.
