Storenvy or Kitchen market are operating with deceitful vendors. If not knowingly, they need to police the seller's on their site. Stay away from this site!!

Purchased from Kitchen Market on Store Envy. Never received the item, emailed them after two weeks and they claimed CA restrictions and not enough workers to ship items. They said it would be shipping in the next week. Well it has been months later and I never received anything, and they've stopped replying to emails. On the phone filing a dispute for the charge as I type this.

This is my second purchase ever through them. Both times my money was outright stolen! Items never shipped, sellers never would reply to emails, good luck getting help from Storenvy themselves.... was SOL both times, never got any form of help what so ever, much less a refund. Outright scam. Period!

Purchased a pair of earrings on 2/9/21. Money was taken from my account as expected. I still have not received the earrings on 3/18/21. I’ve contacted the seller 3 times with no response. I’ve also contacted Storenvy by email, the only option that I can see. No response!

I like it it's great even if there are some issues like any other growing marketplace but they're on the right way

Same issue and Carol and Jake about Oceanside/Kitchen Market... extremely frustrating to come here and see people having issues yet the business is still allowed on StoreEvny and nothing has been done as of yet to correct it. StoreEnvy, I’ve emailed y’all today!

I had the exact same issue with Kitchen Market as Jake below, same time frame & everything. I have e-mailed every one possible. Carol

Purchased an item from Kitchen Market on Storenvy in December 2020. We still don't have the item in February 2021. They took payment by credit card but never shipped the product. They don't answer the phone and don't return phone calls or emails requesting a refund. Covid is a reason for shipping delays. It is not an acceptable reason for not responding to phone calls, messages, or emails. Obviously a scam. Do not buy from Kitchen Market and be very suspicious of these Storenvy partners. Storenvy does not qualify or monitor their merchants.
