I have been with TPO Mobile since November 2016. The price is outstanding and I am happy I found TPO. My biggest complaint would be associated with texting. I have an Apple iPhone and I cannot receive any group text messages, and I can only send and receive pictures from other Apple users. This is not ideal, but when you don't want a huge monthly phone bill, it can be overlooked.

Best value in MVNO. T-mobile coverage is sufficient in where I live and work. Mostly trouble-free service. When there is an issue, support can fix the problem quickly.

I saved over $35 a month from what I paid to AT&T. Call quality is as good. Coverage area is good enough except in rural interstate highway territory. I liked the easy of use of their website and being able to contribute to animal welfare. Recommending to others.

TPO is the very good option for me. Good prices and giving to charity. What I would like to see in the future: An android app to check data usage and call history. Ability to switch between plans online and get the auto pay discount. More add on data options. Maybe 500MB for $5.

Quick port from Verizon after providing accurate PIN, for Verizon there is only one PIN, they also use the term "password PIN", it's not called "billing PIN" anymore. Speed tests are testing higher, 17 up/5 down (mbps), than Verizon in the area I use the phone most. Customer support wasn't cordial, more refreshingly to the point. The "help" website doesn't authenticate users, and at least in my sampling limited. If users want features like VVM, use a Google Voice number and enable "screen call" feature to enforce service.
