Love the company and it's ideas about sharing for charities. Cost is very reasonable, so overall I'm happy. However, be prepared for occasional dropped calls, spotty service, or no service areas. I can live with these issues due to TPO being (in my opinion) a very socially responsible company. I'll stay with them because of that.

For the price you cannot beat TPO. The coverage is very good, calls are rarely dropped. Wish they had a world SIM card!

Decent deal for my grandson's phone. Good coverage in a rural area.

Better rates than anything T-Mobile can offer. And since TPO uses T-Mobile's network, why would you ever use them directly?

I think the service is good, but at first I thought that I was going to be just $16 and with the autopay it would be $11, but I was wrong.

fast and affordable!

TPO is an accessible and good carrier. The network is not the absolute best - i also have a pretty old phone, which might partially explain that. But it provides one of the best price-wise service, also interesting plans to call abroad. Plus, giving money to a company that shares a significant part of their revenues to charities is extremely satisfying. Except for people who wants a top tier network, I would recommend this carrier.
