The best low price plans!

T͟H͟E͟ ͟G͟O͟O͟D͟: TPO Mobile is an awesome online service that makes setting up a snap while contributing back to those in need. Adequate pricing for their phone plans with the option to set up your 10% with a long list of charities, so if you have one in mind, be sure to set it up with a quick 'search'! It's so important, now more than ever, to help others. With TPO, in my experience the best service method is through online communication, so initially you might miss The Human Touch offered by calling a phone line. But not to worry! TPO does offer contact through phonelines if you have a specially different situation on your hands. However, I found that setting up your service is so simple with easy-to-follow guidelines--even providing the SIMs for their network--that you really don't need to talk through any troubleshooting. T͟H͟E͟ ͟B͟A͟D͟: Much cheaper than other companies for pricing of their service, but I do wish for more promotions similar to the one that enticed me into their service in the first place! For quality, overall calls are great when not interrupted but that's VERY dependent on the coverage of your area. Sometimes the call quality takes a nosedive out of the blue but a little bit of maneuvering from me (Human Antenna) puts it back in the clear. F͟I͟N͟A͟L͟ ͟V͟E͟R͟D͟I͟C͟T͟ TPO gets a 4 out of 5 from me and if I could vote ½ stars, this one would get a 4.5 out of 5 ! If you're looking for a solid prepaid service with no-brainer setup, I would look into setting up today!

Great value plus serve charitable cause
:D
TPO is a fantastic organization which has taken something we all use and love (cellphones) and paired that to help us fuel the causes we love to support. Their prices are very affordable, the focus on non-profit causes impeccable the only areas that could use some further investment are their customer support and the offering of unlimited data plans.

I really like TPO and have been impressed by their customer service. I'd also recommend them to my friends - and have already. The missing star is just that the coverage is not as expansive as other providers, so travels far away (very rural) from cities can mean low or no bars. I'm almost never away from cities except when I also want to be away from my phone, so it's no big deal for me to lose a bit of theoretical coverage so that I can save over $40/month off stupid Verizon. My bill now is $20 and my service in this coffee shop is full bars 4G LTE. So, there you have it.

TPO is reasonably priced (for the US), but the coverage isn't great. For some reason, I have no coverage in the old buildings in which I work and live. Other networks do have coverage in these buildings. I don't know what the problem is, but this is definitely a drawback! I also travel a lot for work and do not consider the international packages available either user friendly or reasonably priced.

Like the core of this company. The fact that part of our monthly fee can be designated to a worthy charity is great. Also the cost is more that reasonable. Sometimes the coverage just doesn't happen. Otherwise, I would give it all 5 stars.
