Great the best service

I am enjoying the TOP service. I get good reception, the messages come thru clearly as does the talk time.

Despite a problem with the SIM card for my phone, due to misinformation on the TPO website, I have no regrets about switching to them as a provider! I like that I can choose what charity I support, & their customer service in resolving the SIM card issue was excellent. Plus, they're MUCH cheaper than my former provider!

Great Service- was intending to give 4 stars because of lack of coverage in certain rural areas. Not sure anything can be done about that though.

Denver, Co. I love how simple the initial set up was. They are a much better value than other vendors, with no contract. CS was helpful & even followed up to make sure I was happy & my problem was solved.

I have two phones on the TPO service, one GSM and one CDMA, and have had no need to contact TPO customer service, which is how it should be. I have been quite pleased with TPO, and think the prices of my plans is better than the competition.

Cheap.. good service
