Overall, TPO is a good mobile service. It offers many comparative plans to fit my needs. Its customer service is good and friendly. However, I experienced super slow data access speed for the first 3 months using TPO. I contacted it customer service for the problem, and got response that I had spent all of my data allowance which contradicted with my phone data report. I snapshot my phone and sent to them, but they refused to believe me. My problem had remained unsolve for 3 months until now. I just experience good internet access speed from the beginning of Oct.

Great On Price but with a Few Caveats 1) If you have a family or spouse or business with multiple numbers, you have to create individual accounts for every phone number. This is a PIB. 2) Web site is often slow or just annoying when one has multiple accounts. Customer service has been responsive. Online help could be better for the technically inclined.

I am pleased with TPO. Calling customer support was much more satisfying than using the website or email support.

I have had great phone service with no hiccups. My wife's phone was deemed compatible by the website, but incompatible after we received the SIM and tried to activate it. If not for that issue, I would've given 5 star rating.

I like your service but sometimes the signal is not good when I call to other cities...if you can improve this detail your service will be much better... Thanks TPO Mobile.

I have absolutely no problems with TPO except that T-Mobile's network is a little spotty where my college is.

You need to improve Customer Service. Eventhough i send a reminder mail, customer service did not respond me. Better to give options for your customers to have different kind of deals such as having 500 mins call, 500 texts and 3 GB Data.
