I've had problems with texts not coming through and then not downloading. The internet is sketchy at times and slow Call service is fine and the price can't be beat.

Data is not that fast and calls drop if you stay on the phone longer than an hour.

Great value for what you're paying for.

My cell service works but my data coverage seems to change every time I want to use it. When I first got the service I had no problems. Then suddenly I went a whole month without any signal and then I am able to use it again. I live in a small town and sometimes I get no signal until I get close to our closest major city. The price is OK but I see that a couple other providers are cell and unlimited data for a couple dollars more than what I am paying for cell and 2GB.. I keep getting Payment text notices all through the month and whenever I call I am told that no payment has gone through. My Caller Id does not work, I was told that is a problem with my phone and not a TPO problem.

They have pretty affordable plans and strong network anywhere but the customer service is just awful!!!

The pricing is great but they must train their customer service representatives to be rude. I had to speak with no fewer than 4 or five in porting 3 phones from different carriers to TPO in getting the right port passcodes, cdma/sim cards etc... without exception each one was rude and marginally helpful. At least they seem to be located in this country and spoke english.

The signal is not very good. It gets cut out very easily. The web page is not friendly at all, you can not change even your basic information. It used to be cheap but now companies like AT&T are lowering their prices and offering better services for a little bit more. The only good thing they do is the $10 donation to a cause, the rest of the services are not very good.

The plan options, pricing and charity donations are great. Coverage is great within the city. In rural areas it is sparse.
