What was ordered is not delivered and it is claimed that it is no longer available. It is still possible to order it on the website. Customers are lured with supposed "gifts" and then these are not delivered with flimsy explanations. In this case it was about the QC-55, which could be ordered free of charge with a monopod. I am still waiting for the QC-55 to this day. Quote: "Unfortunately, QC-55 is already out of stock and not continue production."

I found the advertisment to be misleading. Each product(tripod and ball head) should have been advertised seperately if sold as separate product. I found the advert misleading. So, this was not a good experience.
