Worst customer service ever, lippert / Furrrion is absolutely the worst for customer service. If you are looking at buying a trailer with a furrrion residential size 12volt fridge run away. Do not buy the Never chill french door fridge, I have had mine replaced once and repaired 2 times and now it's discontinued. I can't get a replacement for it because they don't make a fridge that fits in my slide. The company refuses to take ownership for the turd of a fridge they supplied. This should fit under the lemon law, my first fridge was dead from brand new, my replacement lasted 1 season and the next season it was dead again. I got replacement parts for it and it lasted 1 more season. Every camping season I have to repair the fridge, well now it's not repairable and I don't have any options for a 12v replacement fridge. They are either way to big or way to small, so now I have to spend thousands on a residential 110v fridge, an inverter and wiring and batteries to run the fridge. The company could offer to pay for at least half of the cost since I now have no fridge. I know it's hard to avoid lippert because they pretty much have the market cornered but if you have the choice avoid their fridges as much a possible.

This company is an absolute joke! ZERO cust service. Shipping dept incompetent. RUN from this company. You will never see the correct product and it will fail once you get it!

They provide a 1 year warranty on their RV trailer fridge. It failed in one year and they would not provide any warranty. They make a fridge that is sure to fail before one year and if by some miracle it can last a day beyond that they will be sure to void the warranty.

I am writing this out of sheer disbelief at the complete lack of basic competence in Lippert's customer care division (Case #7053496). Over the course of a month, I have been sent the exact same WRONG refrigerator hinge FOUR CONSECUTIVE TIMES.My unit is a Furrion FCR10DCDTA-*. I have provided clear, independent reference links, side-by-side geometric comparisons, and explicit photographs showing exactly what I need. Instead of actually looking at the visual evidence, the representatives (including Crystal and Bree) have repeatedly given me condescending, incorrect advice including telling me to "just flip the hinge around."I am not stupid. Turning a piece of metal around does not magically change its physical geometry. They are relying on flawed catalog descriptions rather than using their eyes. Because nobody will physically look at the part before shipping it out, I now have four identical, useless wrong parts sitting in my house while my refrigerator remains broken.Wasting company money on four incorrect freight shipments because support staff refuses to look at a photograph is an absolute joke. Do not trust their support to fix even the simplest issue.

Absolute GARBAGE for customer service. I have spent MONTHS trying to get a hold of them to send me a return label. I ordered a black microwave and found out 3 hours after ordering that I need a stainless steel. I emailed them to cancel it before it shipped. They said "too late, even though it hasn't shipped, you have to wait for delivery and then you can return it". Insane right? Now I have spent MONTHS trying to get a return label. This giant box is sitting in my lobby waiting for a label and they will NOT reply. Calling them got me a customer service person that said "sorry they reply in 3 weeks as they're busy". We it's been over a month!!! Stay away from these fools.

I ordered replacement fabric for my awning and they sent me an 18' instead of the 19' I ordered. I called them and it was referred to a supervisor. He said listened to the phone call and said that's what I ordered and they were not going to make it right. The online receipt I got from them even said 19'! I have NEVER had a company outright rip me off like this!

I sent them pictures of the product number on my old boat cover and gave them the number multiple times they sent me a completely wrong Boat Cover $1350. I want my money back. They are so far not giving my money back. Do not use them. They are fools and will send you the wrong product and not give your money back.

One star across the board. Customer service? Non-existent. Actually finding or receiving your parts? Nope! Getting ahold of anyone on the phone? Fat chance! Getting a call back after leaving multiple messages? Never going to happen! It's unfortunate that Lippert is buying up once good companies and destroying them, just so they have a monopoly on the RV parts market. I work on and remodel RV's and have yet to have a successful encounter with Lippert this year. I end up making and re-engineering most of the parts that I need myself.
