Customer support is great, Emma helped me process the exchange for my drawing tablet since the one I previously bought was too big for my desk. The wait was a bit long but she still managed to reply through high-volume requests. 10/10

It took a few times going back and forward to fix the issue I was having but it also wasnt the easiest thing to fix (I had a problem with my driver where my mini keydail wouldnt let me use its customiseable buttons and have my pen work at the same time... like I said very tricky) AND this was happening during Christmas break! I feel so bad having to ask for help during this period but they responded quickly and helped me until my problem was solved :) very much satisfied by the service.

I purchased a tablet that unfortunately was ultimately not what I wanted. The communication during the return process was OUTSTANDING. I was treated professionally, courteously and quickly. I wish there had not been a restock fee and return shipping fee, but I completely understand the necessity. Overall, an extremely pleasant return experience.
