Kamvas Pro 12 ($350 AUD) lasted 7 months before the screen lifted off. Spent a week and a half with support to be told I can't get a refund for a major failure, instead can only receive a partial refund of $30 AUD or a warranty replacement. Spent 3 Months waiting on a new Pro 12 to be delivered. Only for a component to fail out of the box and now I'm stuck waiting another month for a replacement cable & adapter to test if that even works. Nearly 4 months of no tablet to work with, I've been inconvenienced and been left out of pocket of not just the unit, but also shipping costs ($45 down from the original $60) to have a new tablet sent to me.

Huion, your poor service is hurting you more than hurting us. – It pains me to write these lines but you give us no other option. First - pay attention to your customers. When we call you is because there is a problem. – I purchased a pro 16-4k last week, and I have not received a notice of delivery yet. – Return my calls or return my money.

Absolutely disgusted! Bought a drawing pad directly from huion. It was for my daughters new graphic design job. Worked fine for 6 months then it randomly started playing up, within a couple of days became unusable. After many checks of all other periferals it became obvious it was a fault with the tablet itself. I contacted huion for help. This is my daughters work/income. The customer service is appalling! Many emails and videos later no help at all. Then they asked for receipt info. I sent a picture of my credit card statement showing the transaction. They wanted to know where on ebay I bought it?!?! I sent it again with transaction highlighted. (Says "Huion" on the statement along with codes, dates etc.) It was questioned again?! It is now obvious that they will do any stupid nonsense to get out of helping or taking any responsibility at all. I wasn't even asking for a refund, just help to fix their product. Huion, if you don't care, don't bother having customer service avenues. You could have just told me to bin it 3 months ago as you don't intend to help at all. Today I have contacted my credit card to launch an investigation. Looking to get a full refund for faulty goods. P.S. I usually do my best to make reviews funny and fair. Huion you have broken me. I'm fuming.

I honestly feel like I have been scammed. I attempted to buy a Kamvas Pro 16 (2.5K). Money left my account but payment was never recognised in their systems. Within 24 hours my order was cancelled but my money was still taken. I attempted to notify them via chat support on their website but no one was ever there (even inside the stated office hours). I tried to resolve the issue over the phone and was told they would get back to me with updates via text. 2 days later and I have not heard anything. I have tried to resolve the issue over email and was told this is a common issue for them and that the money is 'somewhere' between our accounts and they would keep me updated with the progress. I responded to this email a day later and got an automated response informing me that customer support is on holiday for a week... it would have been nice of them to mention that yesterday in their previous email. If my money or helpful customer support doesn't turn up soon I will be forced to take this issue up with my bank. Extremely frustrating and disappointing.

I bought the Kamvas Studio 16 to do my digitizing for embroidery. I’ve always used a mouse for this but have seen that it’s much faster on a pen-tab. What a huge mistake! This comes with NO instructions. The few videos I’ve seen don’t even apply to the model I bought. The computer says I don’t have permissions to use it as an administrator but won’t let me change that. At this point, it’s pretty much just a very expensive paperweight!

I ordered a cable, which was the wrong cable (my fault), so I tried to refund it. I couldn't get a refund without getting questioned why, and at the end additional fees and shipping costs (although I already paid for the shipping back to Huion) were deducted. Also the refund process is very slow, I waited sometimes 2-3 days to get a reply (which is a lot if you need to send 4 e-mails to finally get your refund accepted..).

Purchased product. Had a question about the appropriate driver, emailed tech support, 1 day delay then an auto response which didn’t address my question. Emailed again, 2 day wait for response. Managed to install driver, external keyboard and mouse immediately stopped working. Two reinstallations and much googling/troubleshooting: Managed to get screen to show up on tablet interface, but pen still didn’t work. Hours of troubleshooting yielded no further solution. I purchased this tablet to have a functioning project, not a days-long research project on coaxing it to somehow work with my system. Wrote within seven-day limit requesting ‘permission for a return/refund’. Took another two days of back and forth from support, at which point they let me know I would have to shoulder costs for delivery AND return AND 8% fee for re-shelving, since my decision to return the product (it doesn’t work with my system) is ‘subjective’ In short: manipulative business model, slow and unhelpful customer service, if you buy this product expect to have to do a TONNE of work to get it up and running if you can get it up and running at all. Don’t be fooled by the cheaper price, you pay all the costs and more.
