So I have a Kamvas Pro 12 and lost my power adapter after a house move, didn't have much hope the adapter would arrive or would be the right one. But it was, and even with the pandemic delays, it still arrived in good shape. My Kamvas Pro is now up and running again. Very happy. They supply you a tracking ID that works, so don't worry about it. Leaving a review for anyone else in m position who doesnt know if they're making a dicey purchase or not

The high-tech company is very devoted to their users and design products based on their reviews and needs. I am a designer/creator myself and I chose Huion as my first display tablet, because I knew their products would exceed my expectations. Three months back, I purchased the Huion Kamvas 13 display tablet. It came with a nice and sturdy stand and extra pen nibs. As well as easy instructions to follow to help me set it up quickly. I have been using it for three months now and I truly love it. The colors on the display are great and accurate right out of the box. The size of the tablet is just right for my desk and my keyboard to work side by side and still be comfortable. The extra buttons on the side are also a big help for fast and easy hot keys. I primarily use it for software such as ZBrush and the Adobe Suite programs. The programs work smoothly on the tablet and I have not experienced any issues. They also have great customer support and have answered all my questions and concerns with a fast reply. I think a company that can listen to their customers and make products that meets their needs is the right way to get it done and it shows they truly care about their future products and clients. Please give the Huion product line a try and you too will see your expectations exceeded.

I bought their kamvas 16 plus tablet. I received my order 3 days later, very fast. But the box had taken a hit in transit and the screen of the tablet was cracked. I contacted Huion customer service, sent the pictures to them, and they directly replied that they will resend me a new tablet. I was skeptical, I thought they were telling me this to save time, but surprise, 3 days later I had the postman who brought me my new Kamvas. Nothing to say, very good customer service, very responsive.

I recently just ordered a Huion Kamvas 22 Plus from the Huion.uk website for my Uni projects. I was a little apprehensive given the not so great reviews, and, I tend to be quite pessimistic when it comes to ordering anything online due to past experiences. However, this was not the case on this occasion! It was delivered within a just few days of ordering. It was 1 day later than when it was initially expected, but, after sending them an email via their form on the Huion.uk website, I got a quick response back apologising and confirming "there is a slight delay in your order and it will be with you by the end of the week", which was perfectly fine, at least I knew what was going on! So the customer service has been more than fair and satisfactory. As for the 22+ itself, it is an absolute pleasure to draw with. I use Krita for animation and I have used both an Intuos pro tablet and a ipad Pro and none of them feel as nice as this to draw on. It just feels so silky smooth, responsive, natural to draw on and the colours are lovely. I can't see me wanting anything else for a long time. I highly recommend this, I never leave reviews for anything (out of laziness) so the fact I'm on here in the first place says something! Again, I can't account for the experiences others have had with the Huion main store, but as I said, I ordered mine from Huion.uk and I live in the UK so it just felt natural to order from there considering they now dispatch from the UK warehouse and my experience ordering from them/ using the tablet is worth the 5 stars.

Order at store.huion.com was delivered partially, no information when the rest will/not be delivered was communicated. I have paid the order €1,422.83 on 30.11.2021 including tablet with several accessories, but the accessories (2x table stand, replacement nibs, USB cable) were not delivered and no information provided when they will be delivered. The expedited shipping obviously does not apply to all items. I will keep updating this review based on customer support response and resolution (refund or delivery). EDIT 18.12.2021 All missing items were delivered today. The store uses different shipping companies because they ship from different locations at different times. The tablet looks fabulous and was delivered just in time for Christmas. I give the store 5 stars.

Cheap quality pen tablets!

Yesterday I ordered my first Huion Inspiroy H950P from the huion website. I was a bit spetical since the reviews in the trustpilot website are pretty bad. I heard the customer service was terrible, and that the shipment and tracking codes took forever to be given. But from my experience, it's not, today I got the confirmation that the package have been sent, I will be updating in the next few days. But so far so good. Excelent service Huion.

So i recently ordered the Kamvas 16 (2021) from the EU store, and actually got it pretty fast. But after a couple hours of testing it was pretty clear the product was broken. The display works pretty good, but there is a square across the screen with dead space where the display wont detect the pen. Extremely annoying. I've tried different drivers, different computers, but the issue is the same. It's a hardware problem.. maybe it got damaged while shipped - so im not 100% sure it's Huion's fault. I've tried to reach out to their customer service, but it's pretty clear it's an automated response offering no real help. I would like a replacement. The 1 star is for the otherwise okay product, and the second one is for fast delivery. I'll give 5 stars when i get a replacement. EDIT: So Huion actually did help me, and promised me a replacement. And im pretty convinced it wasnt huions fault it broke, as they were confident enough to let me keep the other display. I'll change it to 5 stars as soon as i get the replacement. 2nd EDIT: Just got the replacement unit. Works perfectly. Actually good customer service. The responses after the first automated one, was real people actually trying to help. Nice product
