Fantastic products and an even better experience with their great assistance team. I had no problems at all with their pen display (a Kamvas Pro 19, higly recommended), but I did have some administrative issues with the billing. I will definitely buy again from them. And since sometimes even the team members have names, a big thank you to Nina!

The customer service is amazing at Huion! Our digital pen had stopped working and we only had it for a month. I reached out to Huion and worked with Orliza to see if they could help. I sent a video showing my issue and they saw that it wasn't working properly so they sent me a replacement pen. But I never received the pen even though it said that it was delivered. I let Orliza know that I didn't receive my pen and that I reported it as missing to my postal service. I waited a few weeks to see if it would miraculously show up at my door. It never came. The package was truly lost. I let Orliza know and she said that they would send me another replacement pen if I would just pay the shipping this time. I felt that this was incredibly kind as it was not their fault that the package was lost. I paid the shipping and they sent out the package promptly. This time I received the package and I was very happy with how I was treated and accommodated. Thank you Orliza and Huion for your great customer service!
