My Kamvas 2016 stopped working as a tablet, my pen didn't respond and I became very upset and frustrated because I needed it for work, I tried to figure it out myself but nothing worked. I gave up and wrote to support, created a ticket and followed Annas guidance which helped me a lot to make it work again.

I bought a refurbished tablet from Huion and wanted to return it because it had a defect. The process of getting a return/refund was extremely simple, friendly, attentive and accommodating. Evence X, who was my contact person, provided exceptional support and sped the process up greatly when I was under time pressure. Fantastic service from start to finish - a great experience.

Just after 2 months my tablet was not starting, thouh I bouth my tablet from a third party reseller Evence X guided me thru the process and I got my replacement.
