The company help me by sending me another screen protector for my drawing monitor when the one I order was defective. I believe the damage occur during the shipping process, and because of that I was unable to use my drawing monitor for a while, but they send a replacement and it arrive quickly. So I am very happy with the support team helping me with my issue.

Great customer service (Anna) - Kamvas Pro 13 (2.5K) The pen display that I first received seemed to have badly applied anti-reflective glass as there was noticeable light refraction (looking as a colorful shimmering, especially when changing your POV). After submitting ticket, it took about 2 days for them to get back to me, but then it was all fine - I was asked to provide video of the issue and then offered refund or replacement. I was otherwise satisfied with the product so I chose replacement. They sent courier to pick it up and few days after that, I got the replacement without any issue. Anna was nice and professional, replying to all my silly questions with patience :)
