Huion products are great, and their customer support is something to keep in mind when choosing a product. I happened to contact them a couple times through the years and they were always fast at answering and very keen on helping. It makes a difference when you rely on these devices for work. This time my issue didn't have a solution unfortunately, but the customer service person (Evence X) explained everything clearly to me and assisted me in choosing a replacement, so even if my problem wasn't solved, I'm still satisfied with the customer service.

Great Customer Support (Derek) I had a broken tablet and contacted Huion customer support where I was helped by Derek. He helped me replace my tablet and completely fixed my situation. Thank you!

I was starting to have some issues with my tablet with the screen display not connecting properly. I contacted customer services and Anna was excellent. She was very patient and guided me through troubleshooting where the error was. The problem ended up being with my laptop's port and the tablet was working fine afterwards! Thank you Anna!

I had been plagued by an issue with the driver software for some time, but for the longest part I just put up with it, until I thought I should probably see about rectifying the issue instead of just leaving it be. And so I contacted Customer Support... ...And they were absolutely amazing. The person I spoke to was very helpful, giving me a plethora of potential fixes, while being quite knowledgeable of the software and the issue at hand. They were very polite in their emails, and even though it took a few attempts of various fixes before the issue was finally resolved, they kindly stuck with me till the very end. I've had a bad rapport with Customer Support from other companies before, but Huion clearly put their customers first when it comes to this front, making you feel valued as a loyal customer.

I want to say thanks to Derek to help me with my problem. I’m from Bulgaria and we don’t have a Huion office here, in this case I was very dissatisfied when my pen stop working correct. But Derek tested it remotely and finally changed it to a new pen with very fast delivery. Thank you again, Derek!

The pen is working perfectly. After a mistake in the delivery , the customer service make the job and find the solution.
