The customer service representative Derek is the one that made my experience Five Stars. I ordered the Kamvas 24 inch 4k monitor and it had some issues. Normally episodes like this turns into a nightmare, but Derek was amazing. He identified the problem, gave me step by step explanations on how to address the problem, and now I'm extremely happy with my Huion monitor. Initially, I was expecting to ask for a refund and move to Wacom, but Derek was the difference-maker and really turned everything around for me. I'll be recommending Huion on my friends and family.
