So recently bought a Kamvas Pro 13 (2.5k) payed for it while not knowing that I was elegible for a student discount which I really needed. I reached out to costumer service via email feeling doubtful about getting any help with this. Was I wrong, a lovely person named Jane helped me, they where super efficient, profesional, attentive, swift, diligent and throughout. I felt very much heard. I was already satisfied with Huion because of their products now even more because of their costumer support staff, thank you so much Jane!

Though the device initially arrived broken, customer support (provided to me by Evence X) was amazing all the way through. They were quick to identify the issue and send a replacement. I had no difficulties communicating with them nor do I have any complaints relating their professionalism or their offered support.

The Attendant spent every second worried and doing his best! With fast and super helpful service, nothing to complain about!

I had bought a cable from the online store which was useless to me due to incompatibility. So I submitted a ticket requesting a refund. A representative named Jane was handling my case. During the negotiation process, another issue arose: I could not access the support page and confirm my ticket. Jane took it upon herself to help me regain access to my account. So she solved 2 problems with one batch, both the refund and the entry to my account. She provided excellent service with patience and understanding and an intention to help.

Very helpful customer assistance when my pen became buggy. They sent me a diagnostic software, determined the problem and sent me a new pen while being very polite and responsive.

Customer care was really fast answering and handling the issue. Solution was super fast with a tabket replacement.
