I set up my new Huion Kamvas Studio 24 at the end of September only to be greeted by the dreaded "Device Disconnected" screen. I had noticed that the touchscreen function had not been useable either. I tried every suggestion posted on the Huion site, but was unable to resolve the problem myself. I turned to Huion customer support & was assisted by someone named Evence X. Evence X was unbelievably patient and helpful as we tried several possible solutions. In the end, it was decided that the device would have to be returned. Huion shipped me a brand new replacement, which I had in-hand even before the non-working device had left my house. The new Huion worked as intended from the get-go & I could not be happier. It is very refreshing to encounter a company that stands behind its products & is willing to go above & beyond when it comes to customer satisfaction. Thanks again to Evence X for working diligently to rectify the situation & for making sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase.

First thanks to Huion team for good support, I have a Bluetooth connection issue with my Huion note.On reaching to customer service, they responded and take initiative and finally helped in resolving the issue.I thought I couldn't get proper assistance but they have provided good assistance and follow up.The customer service agent response is great. Jane responded very positively. Hope I will get same response in future also if there is any issue. Once again Thanks to "Jane" and Huion team for the service.

His feedback was truly outstanding, and it was an absolute pleasure conversing with him. He effortlessly addressed one of my requests, making it feel like I was talking to a long-time friend. Thank you once more, Derek, for your tremendous assistance. HUION truly excels.

Excellent service and attention, they help me to solve my problem and their attention was fast and concise. I have been a customer of huion for several years and so far I have not been disappointed. They were very helpful and very friendly in dealing with my problem and above all fast.
