Great service put up with my mistakes and helped me through some stuff I should already know to do but was patient with me unlike others, greatly appreciated

The service was great. They were following every step, asking, taking care. Highly kind and close communication. And, of course, everything arrived in perfect conditions (and the Kamvass 22 is amazing!)

If every customer support had an Evence X in their team the world would be a better place. Very professional, replies were given in less than 48h sometimes, kept me in the loop about contacting other departments, the resolution to my problem was explained clear and simple.
