For Evence X, who was helping me to solve a package problem, they were really helpful and kind with me.

I resolved my issue before they got back, but that was because they were on a vacation break. As soon as they ended they got back to me. Very nice people! Derek was my service agent.

So far very good experience with support. Needed to follow up on a delivery which seemed incomplete, but they quickly referred me to the page that shows the orders are sent separately and the second one is still in processing. Looking forward to trying out the Kamvas 24 4k, as I've been working with Wacom Cintiq for the last 15 years, and it's good to see some competition in the market.

Screen quality is clear and vibrant, and drawing with it feels great, though the pen can be finnicky at times. After about seven months of having a Kamvas Pro 16 (2.5k), I noticed a line of dead pixels running down the tablet screen despite sustaining no damage. Customer support was quick and professional however and I received a replacement two weeks after I first claimed warranty.

I purchased a Kamvas 16. Fantastic product, AAA+. However not living in a capital city I was at the disadvantage of a Aramex couriers, who through my tablet over a gate which was not locked and easy to open. Just lucky its well packaged. Huion communication is not great either. If you are not in a capital city, pick the express freight. Worth the money

Nice and easy purchase experience online, with the exception of the payment. Had to go through PayPal to get my credit card to work, as it kept refusing it through the stand alone payment solution. PayPal worked like a charm, though. Apart from that: quick and pain-free delivery of the product, and an excellent product overall. I already love the product itself (Kamvas Pro 16 (4K)).

You have to be persistent with Huion's customer service. It took me a couple of months to sort through some of issues with the product I was having trouble with, but they stayed with me and provided a solution which I am very grateful for. I will write another review soon after I had time to make sure the product and experience stays consistent.
