Recieved a keydial for a Xmas present. Husband plugged in and was asked to update, which killed the device. Contacted customer service, and Jane responded. She went through everything with me to try and fix the issue, however it seemed the product was faulty. Jane was absolutely brilliant and has requested a new device to be sent out to replace the faulty one.

The online support was very kind and productive.

I bought a pen display (Kanvas 12) and ordered it with a stand. Unfortunately the stand wasn't included in the package. I emailed customer service right away and Jane from The customer service team answered quickly. I gave her all The information she needed and within a few days she gave me a tracking number, and The stand was on it's way. And all this during the holidays. So the service is Great, and I am very happy with the way Jane handled my problem. As for The item itself, I haven't used it alot Since I got it but first impressions are Great. All in all I'm very satisfied thus far.

Never thought my concern would be reciprocated when an out of warranty product ran out of juice. I was so dejected having a less responsive tablet which has been my constant companion for the last three years that when I sent my first mail, little did I expect in terms of a positive response. Eventually not only did I get a response, also a warm one at that. Thanks to team Huion and a special thank to Evence X for answering every correspondences that I sent, with sympathy. I really appreciate Evence's sincerity for going out of his way to help me out.

Wanted a refund as I made a purchase on the spur of the moment. My CS support, Derek, was incredibly helpful and friendly. He helped me through my refund and provided insight on alternative products that fit my desired needs.
