Tablet had an issue following Windows Update and the support by Jane from the Huion customer service was great.

Had a problem with my order and received a door mirror from a pickup truck instead of my tablet. Derek was the agent that handled my call and was courteous, quick to respond, and resolved the issue with minimal trouble on my end. He was nothing short of the best support agent I’ve ever encountered. 10/10 would receive a door mirror again

The Huion Customer Service team is the epitome of top-notch professionalism. Generally quick to respond and ensuring the problems I encountered were resolved. Evence X was the primary CS person I communicated with. They took the time to understand my questions and to make sure I understood the answers and steps I needed to take to resolve technical issues I had with the Pen68 stylus. I would definitely recommend Huion to anyone who wanted to purchase their products, confident in the fact that Huion's customer service and tech support teams will take care of them.

Industry standard, but better. (Product: Huion Inspiroy 2) Had 0 compatibility issues. Everything works with mac and windows out of the box and works great. Tested it in Blender, Photoshop, Excalidraw. Huion app works both on Windows and Mac. Post had lost the package, but support agent resent it and it arrived pretty quickly.

I was accidentally sent the wrong plug, Jane from the huion customer service team was a great help and I'm incredibly happy with my experience. I definitely feel more inclined to trust this brand because of how well looked after I was.
