I reached out to support when my tablet would not connect to my computer, showing “no signal.” I tried everything but it wouldn’t work. Derek was great! He was very patient and walked me through different ways to check the problem. He sent me new cables when he thought that was the problem, and stayed with me for weeks until the problem was finally solved. I’m very impressed and pleased with this service!
