Pen Display Power issue. I was experiencing no display for my Kamvas 20 due to power cable or power supply damage, eventually there was no power at all, I contacted support and explained the issue, I was given various useful solutions to resolve my issue, including discounted replacement offers. I really felt appreciated and valued as a customer despite the fact that my waranty had expired, and I am so very thankful to Derek and the rest of Huion Support for this amazing customer service experience.

I reached out when the pen was not working. Immediately after the Customer support replied to me giving the solution step by step. Evence X was very patient, supportive and kind. Evence X even reached to me after sometime to make sure everything was working properly. It was very easy to follow all the steps. I am very pleased with help. Thank you so much!
