No order confirmation or info from them.
I bought a Kamvas Slate 13 two days ago. Paid via PayPal and paid for shipping insurance. However they have not sent me order confirmation, order number or anything yet. I have received confirmation from both PayPal and the insurance itself that payments have ordered. The money has also been withdrawn, which in my country is illegal before shipment of the item. I have tried to contact them since yesterday but their chat is never live even though the website states otherwise. I can't even complain because i have no proof of an order other than my payment.

Doble cobro
Al realizar una compra de un kanvas13 (gen 3 ) me cobreo doble la compra de un único producto, no entiendo por qué a sucedido esto al pagar en PayPal, es absurdo. Querría una solución pero el servicio al cliente no se contactan conmigo, espero me lo solucionen.ademas no me enviaron ni ticket de compra ni número de recibo ni absolutamente nada, es muy frustrante está situación .

I ordered from their official store a…
I ordered from their official store a tablet with "expedited delivery" wich is 4-7 days delivery. 9 days later I still don't have my tablet. I contacted customer support and they replied my after one day with no solution to my problem. I use the tablet for work so I can't work because of their fault. Their products are good but I will never order from their official store again

Low quality hardware at a premium price
It's a shame that the hardware is so unreliable that it just stops working after a few years. A simple web search will show that the tablets fail or pen input stops working much more quickly than competing products. People are better off buying a tablet from another brand. Customer support will provide no assistance and suggest you spend more money to replace failed cables or the entire product entirely.

Honest review of my Huion experience
I bought a product in May 2024 and returned it immediately after, following Huion’s instructions. Despite this, I waited over 13 months for a refund, with poor and inconsistent communication during that time. After escalation and many tries, Huion finally processed the refund and offered a Kamvas 13 pro tablet as compensation. I appreciate the resolution but believe the situation should have been handled much faster and with better communication. I hope Huion improves their after-sales service so future customers don’t go through a similar experience.

Very complex product to set up. Ignoring my emails
Contacted within 7 days of recieving the item so should be allowed refund with no questions asked. Item doesn't even charge and the instructions are too complex for my partner who is dyslexic. Never known products to arrive without the basic of software already installed. They're asking for proof on video. I don't have to prove anything when I'm in my rights as a customer to still change my mind. Ignoring my emails now. So will take it further via my bank.

Don't trust them, they don't send orders
I trusted this company because the tablets are really great, but their customer service is appalling and they literally stole money from me. I ordered a simple replacement in December 2024 for pen nibs, the payment has gone trough and never received them or had any information about my order. I forgot about it because it was not a big order, and then after 2 months they told basically "go f*** yourself", it's too late and you can't get a refund. I understand my mistake was asking for a refund too late but they didn't send any order I think, because I've never received a confirmation of dispatch or anything. Very bad service. I won't be buying again for sure.

OFFERED A REPLACEMENT - FOUR MONTHS I'M STILL WAITING AFTER SENDING IN MY DEVICE
I intially had issues with connectivity with my tablet and computer so was in contact with Pinko at the customer support team (Nov 24). After several emails back and forth, where I gave them the information they asked for, they offered me a replacement device and said all I'd have to do is send my device in. They emailed a DPD return label. (Dec 24) I sent it back via the return label, it was confirmed as received by DPD and by Huion Customer Support. It's been FOUR months of waiting for a replacement and I'm ignored by their customer support over and over again. Now I have no tablet and I've been given many excuses that they're on holiday or that they have a huge backlog of responses which can not be true as literally there are other people on Trustpilot alone that have received many responses in the time I've been waiting and I've provided the information they've asked for. I want them to honour the offer of a replacement device as I am no longer with a device that I could even sell as they have it in their possession, this affects my work and no one from Huion is taking responsbility PLUS it's been four months of poor communication. The tablet was a gift to me and now it's become a nightmare. This is so so so wrong and such extremely poor customer service for someone waiting four months for a replacement that the company offered. I want to be able to recommend them but I currently can not and I will have to take this to the police if this isn't rectified as they are in possession of my property and offer no responses or help at this time. I have no faith I will get a response even if I email and am sure I'd be waiting for a response for months based on my experience so far - They have my address in the email all they need to do is send out the replacement. I need a resolution but I fear this will never happen.
