Derek was soooooooo helpful, he was patient, and knowledgable! He got my old tablet working again and new that photoshop would have problems with the driver before I'd even opened the program. Even better, he had a solution! Thank You Derek!!

Decided to get back into digital art, and started with picking up a Kamvas Pro 12. Upon testing it out, I had an issue with my tablets display screen. Wouldn't turn on although showing green on the power button. I sent in a ticket, and received a quick response from support in just as little as a few days. I'm not great with technology, explained that in my ticket, and didn't know the best way to send in a video of the issue as it exceeded the 20mb limit. My support, Jane, was sweet enough to help me through some quick instructions for the video. She was quick with her replies despite the heavy workload. She and the team were quick to conclude it was a tablet issue and not a cord issue like I originally feared. All around, I'd say she was wonderful to chat with! My problem was solved in pretty much less than a week. She got my ticket in for a replacement ASAP, and I didn't have to wait long at all for it to arrive. Haven't had good support like that in a long time!

Derek was such a great representative of Huion. I've been trying to get some info about a product I was going to buy from last few months but no one, even on social media were able to follow up and give me the information that I want. Derek provided such a proactive support that he connected with the sales and other internal teams of huion to get me all the information necessary to help me make an educated purchase of Huion product. I really admire this effort and I will surely remember how this person at huion added to my buying experience.
