I got my Kamvas Pro 16 (4K) Plus recently and was displeased with the quality. It had some ghosting issues and I wanted to get an upgrade to the Kamvas Pro 19 to fix it. I got on the phone with customer support and met Derek. Derek was very pleasant to work with. He was very quick to provide instructions through email and text. He even gave me the tracking number once I followed the return instructions to make sure I got the new model. It arrived a week or so later, sooner than expected. I was very pleased with the quality and am happy to say that Derek deserves a raise for how proactive he was. Seriously.

That was absolutely one of the most clear, concise, and straight-forward experiences I have ever had with a customer service department. I guess I can't speak to every possible customer service experience, but at least the representative I spoke to, Derek, was extremely well-informed and personable. He was able to resolve my issue with cancelling my order and made the experience easy and stress-free when I had really expected it to be much more of a headache. I genuinely feel more confident in potential future purchases with HUION, knowing the company is so responsive to customer needs. I have no gripes or issues with that experience, and I hope any future customer service experiences I have to deal with go as smoothly as this one. Thank you!!

I ordered a light pad from Huion. It arrived on time and well packaged, but unfortunately, the power supply adapter was damaged for some reason. I contacted customer support to request a replacement, and thanks to Esther, they promptly initiated the replacement process.

Quick and easy, fixed the issue right away and everything is exacly how it should be!
