Well, the costumer has been pretty helpful during my recently dilemma. I've purchase a Kamvas 13 on Amazon and unfortunately it hasn't been working. I've contacted the costumer support and they've been really helpful. They've provided many solutions to fix this problem and they were with me till the end. I'm satisfied with their service. They're patient and understanding, so I consider this a good experience.
