I ordered the Huion Kamvas Slate 10, and received the device in even better condition than described. For 300€, I got a top standalone drawing tablet that can even run games beautifully. Included in the price is the Huion Stylus HS200 pen. It feels great in the hand, and you can even rest your hand on the tablet, and only the pen is recognized. The support is excellent. The delivered pen was defective, but it was rectified for free after 10 days, with even 3 tips included. A very, very pleasant experience! Definitely recommended.

I had a problem where my tablet was not turning on, so I submited a ticket showing the problem with a recorded a video; Orliza, from the customer service team, answered that it was indeed broken and I was able to get a replacement unity. Since it had been more than 30 days I purchased the tablet I was asked to pay for the shipping fee and right after that I already got the tracking number and received a new tablet that is working perfectly!

Jane at the Customer Support did a great job helping me identify and fix an obscure driver problem that prevented WinInk features from working with the Huion driver of my Kamvas pro 24", turns out some logitech lighting array service installed via G-Hub (which I don't need) was causing issues. It took a week but they were very helpful in trying to test different possible causes until we figured it out.

Ive been dealing with broken wheel on huion keydial for a while but when I decided to finally message them on customer service, I've recieved a replacement of the product and very nice treatment. Since I bought my first tablet I cannot recommend them enough to be my friends or familiars looking to buy a new ones.

Had keyboard issue and initially felt they weren’t quite listening to what I wrote the issue was very well. After a little back and forth clarifying Jane and the service team figured out what I was saying the problem was and worked towards identifying a solution. Thank you.

First experience with Huion’s service department and I was pleasantly surprised. My key dial had completely stopped working after a botched firmware update and unable to find anything online about the issue, I reached out to the service team. It did take a few days for them to respond, but when they did, I was able to reset and fix my device quickly with their help. Jane and the service team provided steps and videos and were able to troubleshoot issues if something wasn’t working. In the end, I got my key dial working with all my devices and I’m very grateful for the friendly and helpful service I received from Huion. Very happy with my Kamvas and KeyDial and even more impressed by their kind service. Well deserving of 5 stars.
