Huion Official StoreReviews of store.huion.com

No doubts regarding the HQ of the products. I wish to underline they have a super efficient service office. They reply quickly and solve the issues. Remarkable

Very helpful and friendly. It took a little to-ing and fro-ing but finally we got to the source of the problem. Huion sent a new cable which fixed the issue. Very grateful

Very quick and professional! I got helped by Esther, and she did great at getting me a new tablet to replace my broken one-super satisfied with the service! :)

Excellent tech support! Hands down the best product and set up assistance I’ve ever had. Thank you so much to Orliza for her amazing help and she went about and beyond to make sure everything was sorted out. She also gave me links to set up videos and other related data that made a huge difference. I will be a customer for a long time. Thanks

I had the problems and Jane helped me solve the problem

The tech support was really nice and extremely helpful solving problems

After a recent update, my computer wouldn't go into sleep mode properly. I contacted Huion & after a very brief delay they were able to get back to me with the exact fix to my issue. As someone who's preference is tablet computers & who's worked with multiple different brands for work, Huion's Kamvas Studio 16" has been the best experience experience so far!

fast problem solving with positive attitude
