Excellent Help for Customers ! :-)
I had a serious compatibility issue between my Huion graphic tablet, and the latest version of Adobe Photoshop. I had made several reseaches online, but no proposed solutions were working. As an artist, this issue was preventing me from drawing comics or my music album covers, so this was a really stressful situation. I contacted Huion. First of all, I got a quick reply explaining that there was a high number of requests in progress, and there would perhaps be a delay in the reply. But the very next day, one of them (Jane) contacted me with a solution adapted to my Graphic Tablet model as well as to my version of Photoshop. The solution was easy to understand and with screenshots. And it worked !!! :) It was such a relief ! :-) It's rare to find a company where the customer service is both competent, and kind & patient. I really recommand it. Thank you Huion, and thank you Jane! :)
